3031 River Road Encroachment Permit for LPR Camera Installation
Flock Safety is relocating an LMPD license-plate reader and will install one solar-powered camera and pole on the south side of River Road at 3031 River Road; the property is owned by River Fields Inc. The work between Mockingbird Valley Road and Waldoah Beach Road will use the county right-of-way (techs will park a van on the adjacent grassy area), is scheduled from 03/30/2026 to 05/04/2026, and includes a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan on file.
