412 S 38TH ST encroachment permit filed for LGE gas work
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will perform anode testing with two 1' x 1' asphalt cuts at 412 S 38TH ST as part of work on S 38th Street between Larkwood Avenue and West Market Street. They plan to close the southbound curb lane from April 8 to May 6, 2026, and the patches will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy; the site is owned by 3GMM Properties LLC.
