400 S 2ND ST Encroachment Permit for Derby bagged meters in front of Omni Hotel
Ben Taylor of Omni Hotel and Resorts has applied to bag parking meters in front of the Omni at 400 S 2nd St for the 2026 Derby. The short-term permit will reserve seven meter spaces so transportation vehicles can ferry hotel guests to and from Churchill Downs from April 30 to May 2. The property is owned by Omni Louisville LLC and this is listed as a temporary encroachment to allow parking at the bagged meters.
