9811 Valley Fair Way Encroachment Permit for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, has applied for an encroachment permit to place fiber along Valley Fair Way at 9811 Valley Fair Way (owner Stuart Ronnie E & Mary J). The plan calls for directional boring to install about 350 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber — with plans showing roughly 1,440 feet total — and two 24" x 36" x 24" handholes in the shoulder/sidewalk area between Lockwick Way and Sun Valley Drive. Expect temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures while crews work outside the pavement from April 13 to April 26, 2026.
