400 Fairdale Rd Encroachment Permit for Water Main Installation

Louisville Water Company (LWC) is continuing a water-main installation along Fairdale Road between the Wmanslick/Mount Holly roundabout and Tin Dor Way, with work including 400 Fairdale Rd. Project manager Jacob Clark and contractor Basham Construction will make several 4-foot pavement and dirt cuts—including long trenches from about 400 to 903 Fairdale Rd and a 4' x 255' sidewalk cut at 903 Fairdale Rd—so expect temporary road and sidewalk closures (roads will be plated and reopened at the end of shifts) and full restoration per LMPW utility policy; residents and Fairdale High School have been notified.
