736 S 41ST ST applied for Encroachment Permit for sidewalk replacement

AllTerrain Paving & Construction (applicant Rob Willoughby) will remove and replace the sidewalk as part of the 41st Street SW Improvements at 736 South 41st Street. Owner Gholson Arthur Lee Jr.’s property will see excavation, a single-lane sidewalk closure (no full road closure), and disturbed areas restored with topsoil, seed, and straw matting during the Public Works project running April 20–September 21, 2026.
