2203 LOWER HUNTERS TRCE encroachment permit issued for driveway

Applicant Jared Kunkel of Clayton Homes has been issued an encroachment permit to cut a curb and create a driveway for a new factory-built house at 2203 Lower Hunters Trace, owned by Donya Jabbar Pipkin. The permit calls for an asphalt, hard durable driveway with a 20-foot limit inside the right-of-way (outside the ROW it can be up to 50% of the lot width, max 32 feet), and the driveway must lead to the garage or rear yard; work is slated to start around 03/31/2026 and finish by 09/30/2026.
