2129 Cherokee Parkway encroachment permit for painting soffit

Whitehouse Residential & Commercial Painting (project foreman Amy Bergeron) will be painting the soffit at 2129 Cherokee Parkway, a property owned by Tara L. Kremer, using a boom lift. The work is scheduled from April 6 to April 17, 2026, and will close one sidewalk and one parking lane on Everette Ave so the lift can be parked and operated there. No pavement cuts or restoration are planned, so it looks like a straightforward exterior spruce-up rather than big construction.
