1806 Radnor Ave Encroachment Permit issued for lane closure and pavement cut

Louisville Water Company has an encroachment permit to replace a lead service at 1806 Radnor Ave for owner Miller Craig. The job will include one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the west side of Radnor between Speed Ave and Ruth Ave and a lane closure—road will be plated and reopened at the end of each work shift. Basham Construction is the contractor, Joseph Sloan is the project manager, residents were notified on 3/30/2026, and work is slated to begin 04/05/2026.
