13010 AIKEN RD encroachment permit in progress for box culvert replacement

AllTerrain Paving & Construction is replacing a failing box culvert at 13010 Aiken Rd, concrete-capping the crossing and then following up with milling and paving to rebuild the roadway. The Louisville Metro Public Works project (owner: TUG LLC) will involve a road closure near English Station Road and Avoca Road, is scheduled from 04/13/2026 to 06/19/2026, and is being managed by Rob Willoughby (PM, 502-640-9514) with Superintendent Todd Huffstutler (970-316-1150).
