301 Oxmoor Ln encroachment permit submitted for geotechnical boring

7NT Engineering is applying for an encroachment permit to perform temporary subsurface geotechnical borings for an MSD project at 301 Oxmoor Ln; the property owner is WMB 2 LLC. The work is scheduled April 1–May 29, 2026, will include excavation and possible lane closures but will occur in the metro right-of-way with MUTCD-compliant traffic controls, and all disturbed areas will be backfilled, graded, seeded, and paved to Metro standards when finished.
