1314 Rufer Ave encroachment permit for alley closure and retaining wall

DM Masonry Inc. (led by Daniel Kinton Minton) will temporarily close the alley beside the St. Louis Cemetery stone wall at 1314 Rufer Ave to remove the existing stone wall and install a new 4-foot concrete retaining wall. The work is scheduled Jan. 5–Apr. 12, 2026, will block through traffic at the lower end while keeping access at the high end open, and properties roughly between 1316 and 1330 Rufer Ave should expect limited access during the project (property owner: Doerflinger M. Christine).
