2105 Buechel Bank Rd encroachment permit issued for curb lane closures and poles

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will be working along Buechel Bank Road at 2105 Buechel Bank Rd on property owned by Lebanon Junction Holdings LLC. They've applied to close the northbound and southbound curb lanes (not at the same time) between Progress Blvd and Bardstown Rd to install 47 new poles and replace 6 existing poles, with work slated March 31–June 30, 2026. The crews say the area around the poles will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy and that line transfers and pole removals will be coordinated through NJUNS, so expect crews in the corridor but a cleaned-up finish.
