Louisville Water Company is doing a water-line replacement and has an encroachment permit to close N 18th Street between Duncan and Columbia, with work centered at 230 N 18th St and a single 4' x 190' pavement cut on the east side; the road will be plated and reopened to traffic at the end of each work shift.
