2148 W Lee St encroachment permit for road closure issued

Louisville Water Company (LWC) is doing a lead replacement project and has an encroachment permit to close W Lee St between S 23rd and S 22nd at 2148 W Lee St, which is owned by Greg Shell. The work (03/29/2026–04/25/2026) includes one 4' x 5' pavement cut in the center of the street; the road will be plated and reopened to traffic at the end of each shift, with restoration per LMPW utility policy.
