9201 Watterson Trl Encroachment Permit for buried fiber in ROW

Lumos Fiber of Kentucky is planning to bury new fiber in the city right-of-way along Watterson Trail, running from Lochridge Parkway and Watterson Trl to Morgan Jaymes Drive and Watterson Trl; the work at 9201 Watterson Trl calls for directional boring of a 1.25" HDPE conduit, placing handholes, and pulling and splicing roughly 1,900 feet of fiber. Project Engineer Danielle Allen submitted the plan (Ledcor is the general contractor), the owner is Marilyn V. Cleland, and crews have requested 8AM–5PM workdays from March 30 to April 24, 2026 with a restoration plan on file.
