1409 Highland Ave Encroachment Permit for Lead Replacement Project
Louisville Water Company is replacing a lead service at 1409 Highland Ave (owner Meyer Martin P.) and has an encroachment permit to close Highland between Edward and Rubel Avenues from March 29 to April 25, 2026. The job includes one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the north side and excavation, with the road plated and reopened to traffic at the end of each work shift, restoration per LMPW utility policy, Basham Construction as contractor, and Joseph Sloan listed as project manager; residents and local agencies were notified on March 23, 2026.
