9404 National Tpke encroachment permit for sidewalk on west side and water main

Louisville Water Company (LWC) plans to close the west-side sidewalk at 9404 National Tpke to install a new water main, which will require one concrete cut about 948' by 4' and replacement of affected sidewalk panels. The work affecting the Gardner Paul & Lloyd property is scheduled for March 29–April 11, 2026 with Basham Construction doing the work, restoration per LMPW utility policy, resident notices mailed in October 2025, and Project Manager Jacob Clark (502-569-3688, jmclark@louisvillewater.com) listed for questions.
