Olivia Taylor with Live Nation has submitted an encroachment permit to allow Mercury Ballroom to park two buses with trailers at bagged meters outside 350 W Chestnut St; the property is owned by Clay Commons LLC. The temporary parking is scheduled from March 30 to April 6, 2026 and won’t require lane, sidewalk, or road closures—just reserved meter space for the vehicles. Expect a couple of big rigs on the curb for about a week as part of event logistics.
