811 EASTERN PKY: Remove existing entrance and finish with new concrete
El Nopal (applicant Oscar E. Garcia) is planning to remove the damaged front entrance and finish it with new concrete at 811 Eastern Pkwy after a string of customer complaints about the current condition. The job, to be done by W.C.T. Construction Inc., will require a traffic lane and sidewalk closure (no full road closure), is scheduled to start 03/30/2026 with about five days of work, and lists K&SL Investments LLC as the property owner.
