600 Kirsch Way encroachment permit submitted

Louisville Water Company (LWC) is installing a new water main along Kirsch Way between Callie Drive and Indor Way, and the property at 600 Kirsch Way (owned by Pomeroy Kyle Robert) falls inside the work zone. The job, performed by Basham Construction, will close the road and sidewalk — the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each work shift — and includes one pavement cut roughly 4' by 1,539' with restoration per LMPW utility policy. Work is scheduled roughly March 22–April 25, 2026; residents were to be notified at least seven days beforehand and project manager Jacob Clark (jmclark@louisvillewater.com) is listed for questions.
