6508 Sunny Vale Way encroachment permit for temp lane closure and 338 ft duct

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, is seeking a right-of-way encroachment permit to install about 338 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber along Sunny Vale Way between Skyline Drive and Evening Star Drive. The work — a directional bore run in the shoulder (outside the pavement) — will require temporary lane and shoulder closures near 6508 Sunny Vale Way, which is owned by Daylene A. Pence, and is scheduled between April 27 and August 26, 2026.
