4522 Algonquin Pkwy encroachment permit for 300' fiber bore
Hutchins Telecom is planning a small utility install at 4522 Algonquin Pkwy for Charter, applying for an encroachment permit to bore about 300 feet of fiber in the Metro right-of-way. The job — with Louisville & Jefferson County MSD listed as owner — includes one 3' x 4' dirt cut in the curb lane, will require a lane closure, is scheduled for March 30–April 3, 2026, and nearby homes from 4425 Boyd Way to 4510 Algonquin Pkwy will receive door-hanger notices one week before work begins.
