9501 Cane Run Rd encroachment permit for Crown Castle on Greenbelt Hwy
Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, is planning to install roughly 1,650 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber plus two 24"x36"x24" handholes along Greenbelt Hwy between Johnsontown Road and Cane Run Road, impacting the right-of-way near 9501 Cane Run Rd (owned by Newcomb Realty LLC). The crews will use directional boring in the shoulder area outside the pavement with temporary shoulder closures (no lane or full road closures listed), restoration plans are included, and the work is scheduled April 20–August 19, 2026.
