Louisville Water Company will be replacing a lead service line at 112 N 45th St for owner Janice Carey under an encroachment permit, with work scheduled from March 29 to April 25, 2026. Expect one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the east side of N 45th (between Duncan and West Main), the road closed during work shifts but plated and reopened at the end of each shift, and Basham Construction will mill and pave curb-to-curb plus about 15 feet each side and remove utility markings — residents were notified on 3/19/2026.
