1836 Hale Ave encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and dirt cut
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will perform a gas repair that includes a one-time 3' x 5' dirt cut to fix a gas leak at 1836 Hale Ave. The work, on Hale Ave between Dr W J Hodge St and Dixie Hwy and owned by Helu Group LLC, may close the eastbound curb lane between March 25 and April 22, 2026, and the cut will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy.
