528 E Kentucky St encroachment permit issued for sidewalk and lane closures

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) is digging in to install a new water service at 528 E Kentucky St for owner Lewis Ventures LLC, with work scheduled March 25–April 24, 2026. Crews will make one 5x5 street cut and one 5x5 sidewalk cut, close the sidewalk and one lane at a time with traffic moving north-to-south under flagger control, and will restore the area per LMPW utility policy when the job’s done.
