110 N 1ST ST encroachment permit requested to bag meters for Derby weekend

Humana, Inc. is reserving bagged parking meters at 110 N 1st St — the 100 block between Humana's headquarters and Hotel Distil — so seven executive and board transport vans can park for Kentucky Derby weekend VIP movement.
