1632 Arling Ave encroachment curb cut to widen driveway

Owner Molina Erislandi Diaz has an encroachment permit to widen the driveway at 1632 Arling Ave. The city says the portion in the right of way can’t exceed 20 feet and must be a hard, durable surface, areas outside the right of way can be up to half the lot width (maximum 32 feet), and the driveway must lead to the rear yard or garage.
