3425 Duncan Street encroachment permit issued for curb cut and driveway

Young Adult Development In Action is planning a complete gut rehab of the house at 3425 Duncan St, essentially starting fresh inside to give the property new life. Applicant Elizabeth Ann Weiss has an encroachment permit to formalize an existing curb cut with a driveway and apron on the N 25th Street side, and minor sidewalk repairs may also happen during the short stretch of street work.
