101 W Chestnut Street sidewalk closure requested for cleaning and masonry work

Nick Bolton of BJB Inc is requesting to close the sidewalk at 101 W Chestnut St so a boom lift can safely operate while crews clean and perform masonry work on the building façade. The work is slated for March 9–27, 2026, and the property is owned by RMHCK Real Estate LLC. Because the building has individual landmark status, the record notes that UD written approval is required before work proceeds.
