949 S 4TH ST seeks encroachment permit for Simmons College parking lot
Simmons College of Kentucky Inc. is requesting an encroachment permit to modify and repave the existing concrete driveway apron and add a curb cut for its parking lot at 949 S 4th St. Work, with plans approved by S. Graber, is scheduled to start March 16, 2026, and finish by September 16, 2026, and will switch the apron to asphalt per the submitted plans.
