4525 Westchester Ave continued encroachment permit PW-REP-26-00852

Louisville Water Company is continuing a main replacement project that will affect 4525 Westchester Ave, a property owned by Shipley Lee Prucia. Crews from Seven Seas Construction will close the road between Southwestern Pkwy and West Kentucky St to perform one pavement cut — a 4' x 200' trench on the south side — with the road plated and reopened at the end of each work shift; work is scheduled from 03/15/2026 to 04/04/2026. Project manager Chance Shely notes restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, and residents plus agencies (JCPS, TARC, Metro Government, METROSafe & 311) have been notified.
