4425 W Kentucky St applied for continuation encroachment permit

Louisville Water Company is continuing a main replacement project that will affect 4425 W Kentucky St, owned by Hill Stella Mae. Project manager Chance Shely and contractor Seven Seas Construction will make a single pavement cut about 4' x 125' on the south side between Riverview Ave and S 45th St, with the road closed during work but plated and opened to traffic at the end of each shift. The continuation permit runs 03/15/2026–04/04/2026, and residents were notified (letters sent 12/01/2025) with emails to JCPS, TARC, Metro Government, METROSafe and 311.
