4526 Riverview Ave Encroachment Permit continuation submitted

Louisville Water Company is continuing a lead-service replacement on Riverview Avenue that will close the street between Southwestern Parkway and West Kentucky Street, with a plated 4' x 195' pavement cut on the south side near 4526 Riverview Ave. Work by contractor Seven Seas Construction (project manager Chance Shely) is slated from March 15 to April 4, 2026, and crews say the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each work shift, with restoration performed under Louisville Metro Public Works utility policy. The property is owned by Equity Trust Co Cust FBO Russell N D, and residents plus agencies like JCPS, TARC, MetroGovernment and MetroSafe/311 were notified.
