910 LORETTO AVE: Encroachment permit for water main installation and road cuts

Louisville Water Company (applicant Chance Shely) is continuing a water-main installation at 910 Loretto Ave on property owned by the Ellis R. Perry Jr. Living Trust, working between Garland Ave and W. Kentucky St. The project, with Seven Seas Construction as contractor, includes multiple digs — several 4-foot dirt cuts, four pavement crossings and a 4' x 125' sidewalk cut — and will close the road during work shifts but be plated and reopened to traffic at the end of each day with full restoration and sidewalk-panel replacement required. The crew plans to be on site from 03/15/2026 through 04/04/2026.
