9800 Sunkist Way ROW Encroachment permit filed for Crown Castle fiber duct

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, is seeking a right‑of‑way encroachment at 9800 Sunkist Way to install about 700 feet of new 2‑inch HDPE duct with fiber and two 24"x36"x24" handholes. The work will be done by directional boring in the shoulder/sidewalk area parallel to Sunkist Way between Morning Star Way and Sunny Vale Way, will require temporary lane, shoulder and sidewalk closures (the scope also touches Johnsontown Drive and Falling Star Drive), and lists Jeda Properties LLC as the property owner with work scheduled from April 13 to August 12, 2026.
