6713 Morning Star Way applied for ROW encroachment permit

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, has applied for a right-of-way encroachment to install roughly 250 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct and fiber using a directional bore to cross and then run parallel to Morning Star Way in the shoulder/sidewalk area. The work touches 6713 Morning Star Way (owned by Robin R. Bakies and Lawrence A. Hardesty) and calls for temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures between Johnsontown Drive and Sunkist Way, with work planned from April 13 to August 12, 2026 and a scope that also covers Johnsontown, Morning Star, Sunkist, and Sunny Vale Ways.
