6709 Morning Star Way applied for ROW encroachment permit for fiber duct

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, applied for a right-of-way encroachment to place about 287 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber along Johnsontown Drive, affecting the shoulder and sidewalk area near 6709 Morning Star Way (owner: Karin Naumowicz). The work will be done by directional bore outside the pavement between Johnsontown Road and Morning Star Way and may cause temporary sidewalk closures on Johnsontown Dr, Morning Star Way, Sunkist Way and Sunny Vale Way; the job is slated to run from 04/13/2026 to 08/12/2026.
