4700 CHAMBERLAIN LN issued encroachment permit for LGE electric work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company plans work at 4700 Chamberlain Ln to replace a single utility pole and will temporarily close the northbound curb lane between Spring Gate Drive and Brownsboro Road from March 20 to April 17, 2026. The property is owned by Chamberlain Holdings LLC, and LGE says the area around the pole will be restored under the Louisville Metro Public Works restoration policy.
