7NT Engineering will be doing temporary subsurface geotechnical borings at 920 Dupont Rd (between Breckenridge Ln and Browns Ln) from March 23 to May 22, 2026 to support the overall MSD project. Borders Family Ltd Ptr owns the property; the work involves excavation on a parking pad and may require lane closures, but crews say disturbed areas will be backfilled, graded, seeded, and any paved surfaces restored to Metro standards with MUTCD-compliant traffic controls to minimize impacts.
