2310 CRITTENDEN DR, 101 Encroachment permit for UofL Clubhouse Road Closure

Messer Construction Co., represented by Trevor S. Pitts, will be renovating the Clubhouse Apartments at 2320 Crittenden Drive with both interior and exterior work. The project, owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, runs from May 1, 2026 to June 1, 2028 and will require extended lane and sidewalk closures on Crittenden Drive (between University Blvd and Eastern Pkwy) plus turning lane and sidewalk closures at the University Blvd–Crittenden and Crittenden–Eastern Pkwy intersections. Temporary or relocated crosswalks will be added to keep pedestrians moving, so expect some altered walking routes and traffic adjustments while crews are on site.
