280 W Jefferson St encroachment permit to bag meters for 2 buses

Knapp of Louisville Tourism has applied to bag parking meters at 280 W Jefferson St so two buses can park for the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament; the visitors will be staying at the Marriott from March 18–23. The meter bagging will cover spots on South 3rd Street between Jefferson and Liberty, the property is owned by Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government, and Knapp can be reached at 502-767-8645 with questions.
