280 W Jefferson St encroachment permit to bag meters for 2 buses

Knapp of Louisville Tourism has applied to bag parking meters at 280 W Jefferson St so two buses can park for the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament; the visitors will be staying at the Marriott from March 18–23.
