5303 Euclid Ave applied for encroachment permit to widen driveway

Melanie Dyer has applied for an encroachment/curb-cut permit to widen the existing driveway at 5303 Euclid Ave. The plan calls for asphalt and a curb cut, with the driveway limited to 20 feet wide inside the public right-of-way and allowed up to 50% of the lot width (max 32 feet) outside the ROW using any code-approved material; the new drive must lead to the garage or rear yard. Work is scheduled to start March 12, 2026.
