Terry Harper is bagging two parking meters at 121 W Main St so one van and one trailer can park there for the Brokencyde show. The issued encroachment permit covers meters MA-108A and MA-110A in zone 2009 from March 13–20, 2026; the owner is No 15 Property LLC and the site has individual landmark status requiring UD written approval, so it’s a short-term curbside change with an extra sign-off.
