1437 STORY AVE encroachment permit issued for Adams St work

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) is installing a new fire service at 1437 Story Ave for owner Platinum Dharma Properties LLC. The work runs March 19–April 17, 2026, and includes a 38x5 street cut and a 5x5 sidewalk cut on the Adams Street side; crews will work west to east, close the west-side sidewalk, use flaggers and traffic control to keep one lane moving, and plate the road at the end of each shift. Restoration will follow LMPW utility policy.
