4414 Lake Louisvilla Drive road closure for sanitary sewer work

Louisville Paving and Construction, led by project manager Joseph Richardson, plans a full road closure to install new sanitary sewer lines for the Park Springs Section 2 neighborhood at 4414 Lake Louisvilla Dr. The work for property owned by Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville includes a roughly 600-foot utility cut, excavation, and complete milling and resurfacing of the affected stretch to LMPW asphalt repair specs; it’s scheduled from 03/23/2026 to 04/27/2026 after a previous pause while awaiting MSD approval.
