Hagan Properties, on behalf of owner Revenant @ Cedar Creek LLC, has an encroachment curb cut permit to build a new entrance access, sidewalk, and curbing along Cedar Creek Road at 7912 Cedar Creek Rd — plans were approved by S. Graber. Work is scheduled from March 11 to August 11, 2026, and the city says no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a Kentucky landscape architect verifies and certifies the planting installation, so expect the landscaping to be part of the final sign‑off.
