7005 IREWICK WAY ROW ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR CROWN CASTLE

Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, filed a right-of-way encroachment permit to install new fiber infrastructure along Irewick Way between Moorewick Way and Lochwick Way, affecting the area around 7005 Irewick Way. The work at the property owned by Brennan J. O'Connell includes a temporary sidewalk area closure and placement of roughly 884 feet of 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber plus two 24" x 36" x 24" handholes, and a restoration plan is on file with work scheduled from April to August 2026.
