9901 Lochwick Way applied for ROW encroachment permit and sidewalk area closure

Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, will install about 884 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber and two 24"x36"x24" handholes along Lochwick Way near 9901 Lochwick Way (between Moorewick Way and Herwick Way) on property owned by Rafael Solenzar. The project — which also reaches Irewick Way — will include a temporary sidewalk area closure (so expect a brief sidewalk detour) and soft-surface cuts, is scheduled from April 13 to August 12, 2026, and lists Mark Seevers (Team Fishel) and Mike Chadwick (Crown Castle) as the contacts for timing or questions.
